Who are we?
Adam & Marc started Enlightened Minds Breathwork in light of being able to reconnect with themselves, through the power of the breath.
Founded in 2020, Enlightened Minds is inspired by both ancient and modern Breathwork practises. The workshops are built to be an intimate setting that allows individuals the opportunity to connect with their younger selves, and discover what’s holding them back from truely indulging in all of life’s joys.
We welcome everyone to join the Enlightened Minds community, from those that are yet to tap into Breathwork, to those who have experienced and reaped the benefits of the practise before.

On a quest of desperation to help with years of mental health struggles, I stumbled upon Breathwork a few years ago, after all the usual modalities seemed to stop working for me.
Initially it was like flicking a switch, where I was able to clear stuck emotion and trauma that I didn’t know existed, and then really delve into the reasons behind why I’d spent so many years feeling the way I had. It was a pivotal moment of clarity and clearing out what what was holding me back - and set me on a path of rebuilding the best version of myself for my friends and family. Having built my whole career on leadership, training and facilitating, I began the quest to share Breathwork with as many people as possible, having experienced first hand the magnificent and transformational wonders of the practice.

When I first discovered breathwork, I went into it with little expectation and no idea how it would impact my life.
Even at my first session, as I lay breathing for a full hour, so many suppressed emotions surfaced. They were the things that had been holding me back from truly living my best life. Despite growing up in a warm and loving family, for much of my life, I lived with a huge fear of judgment. The type of fear that stops you from living your truth. This was the biggest limitation I have had to overcome. It was through finding breathwork that I’ve learnt to let go of living with that fear. Sure, I have my bad days, but the breath continues to surprise me and reminds me that self transformation never stops if you keep at it.
My journey is personal, but not private. My aim is to share my experiences so that others can find something in breathwork that they’re grateful for, just like I have. To help them tap into something deep within. To help them see that there is a better side to the struggle, to the emotions that we fear. To guide them through a transformation journey that is personal to them.
